ForteBank (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of "being fined by the National Bank of Kazakhstan on May 30, 2016 (the Bank was notified on May 31, 2016) based on part 3 of Article 213 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences to the amount of 600 (six hundred) minimum calculation indexes for an administrative offense as the repeated misreporting occurred within one year following the previous administrative penalty imposed".
