OREANDA-NEWS. Caspiy neft (Atyrau, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the following:

"Precious Oil Products Investments B.V. being the Sole Shareholder of the Company on November 25, 2015 and March 3, 2016 approved the payment of dividends to the Sole Shareholder of the Company for the first half of 2015 in the amount of KZT5,945,995,244 and 44 tiyn.

The dividend amount for the first half of 2015 per ordinary share is KZT594,599 and 52 tiyn.

The dividend payment start is scheduled for June 3, 2016".
