The Public Sector Advisory Team (PSAT) are located across the UK, and provide expert advice and services to the public sector. The team has an excellent track record of working with local government, central government, health and education institutions and the image on the right highlights the services which we offer to our clients. 

As testament to the growing requirements of the sector, the team has expanded significantly with two recent hires: 

  • Ian Thomson joined the Bristol team in February. Ian is an experienced chartered surveyor and former Director of the South West Regional Development Agency. He has managed some of the South West region's highest-profile regeneration projects including Bristol’s Temple Quay and Harbourside projects, Royal William Yard at Plymouth and the Bristol & Bath Science Park. 
  • Additionally, Stuart Paskins has now joined the London team. Stuart recently advised the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) on their 17-site estate, which includes Sellafield and Magnox.
