OREANDA-NEWS. Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE of the Board of Directors' decisions of May 20, 2016:

"...Vadim Kim was appointed Deputy Chairman of Management Board of the Bank ... as of May 20, 2016 with a term of office until the expiry of the term of office of the Bank's Management Board as a whole.

Composition of the Bank's Management Board after the changes is as follows:

- Bolat Zhamishev – Chairman of Management Board;

- Abai Sarkulov – Deputy Chairman of Management Board;

- Dmitriy Babitchev – Deputy Chairman of Management Board;

- Vadim Kim – Deputy Chairman of Management Board;

- Askar Amirtaev – Managing director – member of Management Board."
