OREANDA-NEWS. May 23, 2016. JSC „Telekom Baltija”, whose shareholder is JSC „Baltic Telekom”, hereby informs that the company has made denomination of its share capital from Lats to Euros.

The total number of shares entered with the Latvian Central Depositary after denomination, as a consequence of share capital expressed in Euros, has increased to 331 790 shares with nominal value 1.40 EUR per each share.
