OREANDA-NEWS. Vnesheconombank Deputy Chairman (Chief Economist) – Member of the Board Andrei Klepach went into a working group of the Economic Council under the Russian President on the following subject area “Priorities of Structural Reforms and Sustainable Economic Growth”. An appropriate executive order was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

According to the document, the working group is to identify pressing problems hindering sustainable economic growth and implementation of structural reforms, work out proposals for addressing them, analyze socio-economic development of the Russian Federations as well as development of individual economic sectors, analyze the current situation in the government authorities and state administration including socio-economic results, consequences and risks as well as analyze implementation of the most significant structural reforms, consider beforehand issues concerning priorities of structural reforms to be submitted to discussion by the Council.
