OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has withdrawn its ratings for ITT Corp. following the company's internal reorganization on May 16, 2016 and Fitch's assignment of ratings for the newly reorganized entity, ITT, Inc.

Fitch has withdrawn the following ratings for ITT Corp.:

--Long-Term IDR 'BBB+';
--Senior unsecured credit facility 'BBB+';
--Short-Term IDR 'F2';
--Commercial paper 'F2'.
