Commercial National Financial Corporation today announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 13 cents per share payable July 1, 2016 to shareholders of record on June 17, 2016.  Based on a recent closing price of $9.80 per share, the annualized dividend yield is 5.31%.
