Kcell (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of being brought by the decision of the Inspectorate for Communication and IT Development of the Committee for Communication, IT Development and Information of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Karaganda region on April 29, 2016 to an administrative liability under part 12 of Article 637 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses.
