OREANDA-NEWS. IX Swiss Exchange will take part in a panel discussion on smart beta at the Indexing Forum organized by "Finanz und Wirtschaft."

On 22 June 2016, "Finanz und Wirtschaft" will present the Indexing Forum on the topic of "Strategies for successful asset management." The event will focus on passive investing - also known as index investing - using index funds, Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) or Exchange Traded Products (ETP). The forum will take place at The Dolder Grand in Zurich from 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and offers an agenda (in German) featuring many highlights.

At 3:40 p.m., Danielle Mair, ETF & ETP Senior Sales Manager at SIX Swiss Exchange, will take part in the panel on "Smart beta - How crisis-resistant are these products?", which will be moderated by Philippe Béguelin (Finanz and Wirtschaft); other participants are Markus Fuchs (Swiss Funds & Asset Management Association SFAMA), Dr. Andreas Homberger (Hinder Asset Management AG), David J. Mark (MSCI) and Frederik von Ameln (the Swiss federal pension fund PUBLICA).
