(NASDAQ:ICBK) (“County”), the parent company for Investors Community Bank, announced that on May 17, 2016 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of \\$0.05 per share. The dividend will be payable on June 17, 2016 to shareholders of record on June 3, 2016.
