"...on May 5, 2016 the international rating agency Fitch Ratings downgraded the credit rating and ratings of all bonds (ISIN Code: CH0246198037, CH0246199050, XS0799658637 (unrestricted circulation bonds), US48667DAD66 (restricted circulation bonds), XS0546214007 (unrestricted circulation bonds), US48667DAC83 (restricted circulation bonds) of NC KTZ JSC to "BBB-" from "BBB" with stable outlook".
