Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings), the international credit rating agency, today announced that it has affirmed the Financial Strength Rating of Union Bank of India (UBI) at 'BB' with the substantial increase in non-performing loans (NPLs), low coverage ratio, impaired capital and weak profitability being constraining factors.
