OREANDA-NEWS.  Insurance Company Kommesk-Omir (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated May 4, 2016, according to which:

- the National Bank took note of non-placement of the company's shares in the period from September 12, 2015 to March 11, 2016;

- as of March 12, 2016, 107,600 ordinary shares of the company remained unplaced.
