OREANDA-NEWS. Sberbank has opened 4.5-year a non-revolving line of credit worth more than RUB 1.5 bln for Samara's Novy Don Group. The funds will be used to construct a large residential complex in Samara.

"Sberbank actively supports the construction of new housing in Russia," commented Andrey Sokolov, Head of Large and Medium Business Development at Sberbank. "Over the past five years we have helped Novy Don Group complete seven large construction projects."

Novy Don Group has operated in Samara and the Samara Region since 1998 as an investor, contractor and developer.
