"... of payment on April 29, 2016 of the first tranche of dividends in the amount of KZT1,000,000,000 on ordinary shares from the net income of the Company for 2015. The size of dividend per ordinary share of the Company is KZT5,931 and 54 tiyn. The dividends were transferred as a non-cash payment to the bank account of the shareholder".
