OREANDA-NEWS About 90 billion rubles will be allocated to Sberbank for a "Family mortgage" next week, Nikita Stasishin, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation, said on Friday.

"Already on October 7-8, the redistributed limits on the "Family Mortgage" in the amount of 90 billion rubles will go to the Savings Bank," Stasishin told reporters on the sidelines of the International Construction Week in Yekaterinburg.

In September, Sberbank suspended the issuance of loans on a "Family mortgage" against the background of the end of the limit. Later, VTB and a number of banks increased the initial payment under the program to 50.1%.

In early July, the Russian Ministry of Finance announced the extension of the "Family Mortgage" at a rate of 6% until 2030. The program applies to families with children, where there is at least one child under the age of 6 years. The loan amount does not exceed 12 million rubles for residents of the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, for residents of other regions - no more than 6 million rubles.

Then in July, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin said that the issue of the possibility of increasing the limits on the "Family mortgage" would be considered only after studying the dynamics of issuance for three months.
