OREANDA-NEWS  The annual cash payment to the Victory Day in the amount of 10 thousand rubles this year will receive 70 thousand people. This is stated in the explanatory note to the draft decree of the President of the Russian Federation, posted on Tuesday on the portal of draft regulations.

"According to preliminary estimates, the total number of recipients of annual cash payments to the Victory Day will be: in 2019 - 70 005 people; in 2020 - 56 705 people; in 2021 - 45 932 people; in 2022 - 37 205 people", - stated in the note.

The document specifies that the annual cash payment to the participants and invalids of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 by the Victory Day will be carried out at the expense of the Federal budget. "For its payment, it will require the allocation of Federal budget funds: in 2019 - in the amount of 704 500,3 thousand rubles; in 2020 - in the amount of 570 654,8 thousand rubles; in 2021 - in the amount of 462 239,9 thousand rubles; in 2022 - in the amount of 374 415,2 thousand rubles," the note says.

The draft decree of the President of the Russian Federation "on the annual cash payment to the Victory Day participants and invalids of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945" was developed in connection with the preparation for the celebration of the 74th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The draft decree provides for a cash payment starting from 2019 to citizens of Russia with disabilities and participants of the Great Patriotic War, living in the Russian Federation, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

According to the explanatory note, the number of recipients of payment this year will be about 70 thousand people. For these purposes, taking into account the cost of delivery will require 704 500 300 rubles.
