The most successful participant turned out to be entrepreneur Dmitry M. from Smolensk, who bought a ticket for 250 rubles in the Stoloto mobile application, the company reported.
They talked to the winner there and he said that shortly before winning, fate sent him a sign of approaching good luck: "a couple of days before the victory, I had a dream about a cat that stained the whole apartment."
