OREANDA-NEWS. Temirtau Electro-Metallurgy Plant (Temirtau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of receiving a statement of claim:

"The statement of claim submitted on September 19, 2016 to Karagandy region's Special inter-district economic court from the Republican Government Enterprise "Karagandy Regional Ecology Department", received by TEMP dated October 7, 2016 regarding recovering the damage caused to the environment in the amount of KZT23,605,783".
