Labour Productivity Web Portal put into trial operation on VEB Market platform

OREANDA-NEWS. Vnesheconombank and Russia’s Ministry of Economic Development are pursuing the Federal Competence Centre (FCC) project. The Federal Competence Centre will be the engine to enable the implementation of the national top priority programme called Labour Productivity and Employment Facilitation. The Programme Summary was approved in August at the presidium meeting of the Presidential Council for Strategic Development and Priority Projects.
In particular, a new IT platform for technology and management competences has been put into trial operation as part of the Programme. The Portal is expected to be fully developed and uploaded with the respective information, competences and services before the end of 2019.
«Currently, an integrated ecosystem is being created to enable efficient interaction between the market players, and knowledge dissemination. In addition, a competence base is being established to help boost labour productivity. A common platform has been developed to provide services and share expertise in higher labour productivity. The web portal functions are to accumulate and spread knowledge, serving as a marketplace for training, education and advisory services designed to boost labour productivity and enhance operational efficiency of businesses. The platform will be a key pillar of the environment to enable greater labour productivity in Russia», commented VEB Deputy Chairman and Member of the Management Board Pyotr Zolotarev.
The web portal will feature best practices and provide its users and visitors with an opportunity to draw on successful experience, share their knowledge, learn from professional accomplishments by using benchmarking tools, and understand the indicators to be guided by in order to excel in both their business, operational efficiency, and financial stability.
