Freddie Mac Announces the Issuance of a New Three-Year Reference Notes Security
OREANDA-NEWS. Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) announced today that it plans to issue a new three-year USD Reference Notes® security, CUSIP number 3137EAEE5, due on Jan. 17, 2020. The issue will be priced on Thursday, Jan. 12, 2017, and will settle on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2017, at benchmark size.
The new three-year Reference Notes security will be offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Nomura Securities.
This announcement is not an offer to sell any Freddie Mac securities.
