OREANDA-NEWS. AMF Group (Astana, hereinafter – the company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held on January 20, 2017, with the following agenda:

- on distribution of part of the company's net income on payout of dividends on ordinary shares of the company based on 1H 2016 performance;

- on early termination of authorities of a member of the company's auditing commission and election of a new member thereof.

The list of shareholders entitled to participate in said meeting will be drawn up as of January 1, 2017.
