(NASDAQ: CBOE) announced today that its Board of Directors declared an increased dividend of \\$0.25 per share for the third quarter of 2016, representing a 9 percent increase compared to the prior quarter's dividend of \\$0.23 per share.  The third-quarter dividend is payable on September 16, 2016, to stockholders of record as of September 2, 2016.
