On January 09, 2009 Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) published on its website at http://www.kase.kz/files/normative_base/post_170.pdf the text of Rules of Activities Implementation of Trades Organizers in Securities and other Financial Instruments approved by resolution # 170 of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of October 29, 2008 (Resolution), reported the press-centre of KASE.

The mentioned Resolution was registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 15, 2008 under # 5406 and will be given effect ten calendar days after its firs official publication.

The text of mentioned Rules has been reformatted in compliance with accepted by KASE rules of normative documents formalization with maximum (including misprints) preservation of the original version.
