On 04 July 2008 was announced, that the number of ordinary shares of JSC "FEEC" (Classic Market ticker – DVEC, T+0 Market ticker – DVECG) changed, due to the annulment of individual numbers (codes) of additional issues of registration numbers – 1-01-55275-E-001D of 29.11.2007 and 1-01-55275-E-002D of 29.11.2007.

The number of ordinary shares before the change – 17 069 008 599, after the change – 17 223 121 733.
