1. to change the underlying asset and the lot size of the futures contract on United Energy System ordinary shares ( "the Contract") substituting 1000 ordinary shares of RAO UESR by the following stocks:

2 to make the Contract non-deliverable (this is a temporary measure taken, due to  Russian legislation requirements. As soon as the FFMS of Russia passes the decision to register the reports on the results of the issue of JSC "Holding MRSK" ordinary shares and RAO Eastern Energy Systems Holding Company ordinary shares, the delivery mechanism will be resumed).

The decisions were made in accordance with the Contract specification (points 16, 19) and will come into force on July 8th, 2008.
