OREANDA-NEWS. On 01 July 2008 was announced, that quotation of ordinary and privileged shares of Cherepovetsky Azot (RTS Board tickers – chea and cheap respectively) was resumed on RTS Board, due to the information on state registration of the report on the result of the issue (state registration number 1-02-01777-D and 2-02-01777-D of March 21st, 2008), placed by conversion into shares of the same type with higher par value. New par value equals 55 rubles.

RTS Board is the system of indicative quotation of securities not admitted to trading on RTS "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.

At the moment 1717 securities of 1291 companies are included in RTS Board.
