OREANDA-NEWS. On 01 July 2008 was announced, that the price for ordinary shares of Moscow City Electricity Distribution Company (Classic Market ticker – MGRS), employed in calculation of RTS-2 Index and RTS Index - Electric Utilities, will be fixed as of the last trading day, due to suspension of trading in the above-mentioned shares in the result of the company’s reorganization in form of joining Moscow Integrated Electricity Distribution Company.

Shares of Moscow City Electricity Distribution Company will stop to be traded on the business day following the issuer’s information on submitting a record to the Unified State Registry of Legal Entities on business termination. According to Moscow City Electricity Distribution Company liquidation of the company is scheduled for June 30th, 2008.

After the trades closure prior to the last trading day these shares will be removed from the list of RTS Index constituents. New Z-coefficients will be implemented as of the next business day.
