OREANDA-NEWS. On 04 May 2008 was announced, that clearing rules (approved on March 31st, 2008 and registered by FFMS on April 29th, 2008) and Guarantee fund regulations (approved on April 2nd, 2008 and negotiated with FFMS on April 29th, 2008) will come into effect on May 15th, 2008.

The documents were approved for the purpose of transferring the clearing function currently performed on securities market by NP RTS to JSC "RTS Clearing Center".
