On 08 April 2008 was announced, that quotation of ordinary and privileged shares of Cherepovetsky Azot will be suspended on RTS Board (RTS Board ticker – chea, cheap), due to the issuer’s information on conversion into the shares of the same category with higher par value. New par value equals 55 rubles.

RTS Board is the system of indicative quotation of securities not admitted to trading on RTS "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.

At the moment 1649 securities of 1244 companies are included in RTS Board.
