On 03 April 2008 was announced, that an additional issue of OJSC "Volga TGC" ordinary shares (state registration number 1-01-55113-E-008D of January 24th, 2008) in the number of 3 859 000 000 shares would be admitted to trading on OJSC "RTS". The shares of the primary and additional issues will be traded under a single ticker (Classic Market ticker – TGKG, T+0 Market ticker – TGKGG).

The number of ordinary shares before the change equaled 26 116 076 165, after the change it reached 29 975 076 165.
