JSC "Novgorodenergo" ordinary shares (Classic Market ticker - NGNR, T+0 Market ticker - NGNRG);

Trading in the above-mentioned securities will be stopped, due to issuers’ information of April 2nd, 2008 on reorganization of the companies in the form of joining JSC Interregional Distribution Grid Company of the North-West. The corresponding record on business termination of the given companies was submitted to the Unified State Registry of Legal Entities on April 1st, 2008.
