OREANDA-NEWS. The press service of RTS informs that effective November 13, 2007, on Classic and T+0 market of OJSC RTS,

Trading starts in the securities that join the list of securities admitted to trading on RTS but not included on any Quotation lists, namely:

1.1 AvtoVAZ ordinary shares (state registration number 1-07-00002-A), Classic market ticker - AVAZ, T+0 market ticker - AVAZG.

By the decision of the Executive body of the Exchange on the first trading day for the securities, the following starting price and price limits have been fixed for submitting orders:

For AVAZG – 40 rubles (price limits - +/- 50%);
FOR AVAZ – Starting price is calculated in US dollars at the rate of Central bank of RF as of 13.11.2007, on the basis of the starting price fixed for AVAZG (price corridor +/-50%).

1.2 AvtoVAZ privileged shares (state registration number 2- 03-00002-A), Classic market ticker – AVAZP, T+0 market ticker – AVAZPG.

By the decision of the Executive body of the Exchange the following starting prices and price limits are fixed on the first trading day for submitting orders:

For AVAZPG – 14,7 rubles (price limits - +/- 50%);
FOR AVAZP – Starting price is calculated in US dollars at the rate of Central bank of the RF as of 13.11.2007, on the basis of the starting price fixed for AVAZG (price limits +/-50%).

On October 30, 2007, the results of ordinary and privileged AvtoVAZ shares issue were registered (state registration numbers 1-07-00002-A as of 04.09.2007 and 2-03-00002-A as of 04.09.2007).

The number of listed ordinary shares: 2 719 462 400, new par value – 5 rubles.
The number of listed privileged shares: 493 034 000, new par value – 5 rubles.

Due to redemption of the securities during conversion the following securities are excluded from the list of securities admitted to trading on RTS but not included on any Quotation lists:
- AvtoVAZ ordinary shares (state registration number 1-03-00002-А);
- AvtoVAZ privileged shares (state registration number 2-02-00002-А).
