OREANDA-NEWS. LUKOIL has no plans to enter listing of New York Stock Exchange,Veles Capital's information department disclosed with reference to the Company's vice president Leonid Fedun. According to Fedun, US market is one of the most complicated for investments and many companies prefer other stock grounds. "Everybody leave to London," said Fedun. He brought up an example of Tatneft, which refused from listing at NYSE. To remind, expenses used to enter NYSE are 10-15 percents above similar costs to enter LSE, plus US market is much stricter to companies; all of this makes US stock exchanges unattractive for Russian issuers. LUKOIL's press-service explained that company previously considered entering NYSE. The Company's shares are currently traded abroad, over LSE in particular, and over off-exchange market of the USA.
