OREANDA-NEWS. President of Bank Nadra (NADR), Igor Gilenko, announced that the company would hold an IPO in late 2007or early 2008. Gilenko also announced that the bank plans to take out a $150 mln syndicated loan at the end of 2007. According to the Alfa Bank press service, Bank Nadra is drawing up a new foreign markets strategy and plans to open branches in other countries.

Alfa Bank's analysts consider Bank Nadra’s strategic plans as very positive for the company.
