OREANDA-NEWS. On September 12, 2007,  V. V. Eliseev, deputy head of RusSEZ, took part in a sports complex opening ceremony in Dubna led by the Governor of the Moscow region B. V. Gromov, RusSEZ' press-service reported.

In his welcoming speech B. V. Gromov noted that the complex became one of the first technologic innovative-type objects in the territory of a special economic zone in Dubna, which, as emphasized the governor, is being built over faster than the analogous sites in Russia as a whole. While the ceremony, a number of construction workers had been honored awards on behalf of the Governor of the Moscow region.
