OREANDA-NEWS. December 24, 2007. In the period from October to December 2007, exports of Altai flour increased 3.5 times as compared with the preceding quarter. All in all, in 4Q 2007 export shipments totaled 28,889 tons of flour, including 6,470 tons to Uzbekistan, 1,200 tons to Azerbaijan, 20,800 tons to Tajikistan and 7 thousand tons of bran to Turkey, reports the press service of the Altai Krai's Administration. According to foreign customers, Altai flour produced by PAVA company is one of the best of all imported grain products. The Middle East region may become the next destination of the flour from Altai.
