Three-month purchase contracts were made at the price of $2 646 for a ton of aluminium, $6 830 for a ton of copper, $1 530 for a ton of lead, $29 495 for a ton of nickel, $9 765 for a ton of tin, $4 111,5 for a ton of zinc.
