Three-month contracts on purchase were made at the price of $2 636 for a ton of aluminium, $7 529.5 for a ton of copper, $1 490 for a ton of lead, $30 845 for a ton of nickel, $9 825 for a ton of tin, $3 879 for a ton of zinc.
