Three-month contracts on purchase were made at the price of $2 644 for a ton of aluminium, $7 480 for a ton of copper, $1 429 for a ton of lead, $30 050 for a ton of nickel, $9 075 for a ton of tin, $3 675 for a ton of zinc.
