OREANDA-NEWS. November 02, 2011. Anhui Folklore Village was inaugurated in Tongling Nov.1. Governor Wang Sanyun attended the opening ceremony and inspected the park.

The village, integrating cultures in the province, is a large tourist park, which is awarded as Anhui Intangible Cultural Base and Anhui Demonstration Base of Cultural Industry.

Wang confirmed the village's effort in combining traditional cultures and service industry, which not only preserves non-intangible heritages, but also enriches people's cultural life. He said the village was a unique carrier of modern service industry, and the practice was worth being popularized.
