OREANDA-NEWS. September 20, 2011. Dmitry Medvedev approved a list of instructions following a September 12, 2011 meeting on Continental Hockey League issues.

The Government of the Russian Federation, jointly with the Government of Yaroslavl Region and with participation by Russian Railroads JSC and the Continental Hockey League, received instructions concerning the fulfillment of contractual, insurance, and social support obligations to the families of the victims of the September 7 plane crash in Yaroslavl.

The Ministry of Sports, Tourism and Youth Policy was instructed to develop jointly with the Russian Hockey Federation and the Continental Hockey League a plan of action to ensure that Yaroslavl’s Lokomotiv hockey club participates in national sports competitions of the top level during the 2011/2012, 2012/2013, and 2013/2014 seasons.

The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to jointly with the Government of Yaroslavl Region create a National Olympic Hockey Talent Pool Reserve School.
