OREANDA-NEWS. April 25, 2011. The State Medical University of Turkmenistan received the European Quality Award for aspiration to achieve high quality in accordance with European standard. This decision was taken after the Nomination Committee of the European Business Assembly had conducted thorough monitoring and analysis of the activity of the Turkmen Medical University of Turkmenistan.

The European Quality Award is one of the prestigious awards presented by the European Business Assembly to companies, institutions and enterprises, which the meet the rigorous requirements and high European quality standards.

The European Business Assembly is an independent corporation for development and implementation of the projects of economic and social development of dynamically developing regions, companies and individuals in the European countries and the CIS states. The main objective of the Assembly is to promote establishment of economic, educational, cultural, and scientific ties between countries. The fact that the State Medical University received the European Quality Award testifies to the high technical level of the University, the education system and professionalism of the teaching staff that meet international standards.
