OREANDA-NEWS. September 28, 2010. Dmitry Medvedev signed the Federal Law On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation Following the Enactment of the Federal Law On Skolkovo Innovation Centre.

The law envisages the creation of favourable tax conditions, as well as making payments to mandatory pension, medical and social insurance for individuals engaging in research at Skolkovo Innovation Centre.

To this end, the law makes corresponding amendments to the Tax Code and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation.
