The meeting was attended by First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, First Deputy Chief of Staff of Presidential Executive Office Vladislav Surkov, deputy prime ministers Alexei Kudrin and Sergei Sobyanin, presidential aides Arkady Dvorkovich and Larisa Brychyova and CEO of the Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies (RUSNANO) Anatoly Chubais.
