OREANDA-NEWS. April 29, 2009. President Dmitry Medvedev relieved the head of the Internal Affairs Department of Moscow's Southern Administrative District, Viktor Ageyev, of his post.

The President signed an order removing Major General Victor Ageyev, who headed Moscow’s Southern Administrative District Department of Internal Affairs, from his post.

Moscow’s Southern Administrative District includes the Tsaritsyno district. On the night of 27 April, the head of the Tsaritsyno Internal Affairs Office Denis Yevsyukov opened fire in a supermarket, killing three people and wounding six others.
