OREANDA-NEWS. January 22, 2009. Dmitry Medvedev signed an order whereby 2010 will be the Year of Russia in France and the Year of France in Russia.

The document's full title is “On the Year of the Russian Federation in the Republic of France and the Year of the Republic of France in the Russian Federation.”

In accordance with the head of state's decree an organising committee for the Year of Russia in France and the Year of France in Russia has been established and its composition has been approved.
