OREANDA-NEWS. November 05, 2008. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova had organized a round table under the title "Managers Training Programs, Moldova-Germany", reported the press-centre of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova.

The means of this event was: the information of civil society about the existence of this program, with its conveniences and its further implementation in the Republic of Moldova. At the event participated experts from Germany, representatives of the Central Public Officials (Attorney) other different associations.

Present at the round table, Mr. Gheorghe Cucu, the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of RM  had mentioned the importance of the managers training, fact that will contribute to the growing of the quality of Moldovan products and services, becoming competitive on the external market.

Within of this event, German specialists showed "The program of the managers training Moldova-Germany". In accordance with them, young managers (until 35-40 years old) from the Moldovan companies, after a preparation course in the frame of educational centers from the country, will make a probation period for one month at the enterprises with common profile in Germany.

Preparation courses will be organized within the framework of the educational centers, from different regions of Germany, where are invited the best experts and trainers. As a result, Moldovan managers gate modern experience in managing, develop business relationships with the potentials partners, attract investments and learn how to work on the international market. The expenses for the probation period, inclusively the stipend will be financed by German government.

The similar programs were initiated and successfully work in many other countries. The experience of the neighbors countries demonstrate that the Managers training program contribute to the stimulation of economical increasing and to the solution of social problems. In Russia, during 10 years, was mil trained around 50000 young managers, around 4000 from them had effectuated a probation period during 1-3 months at the German enterprises.

After the participation in this Program, around 60% from Russian managers had concluded treaties of collaboration with German partners. Each of 7-th participants had founded a mixed company. In the period 1998-2007 in Germany was mil trained 163 groups of mangers from Russia, German government had invested more than 50 mln. euro.

Begging with 2001 in Ukraine starts the independent Program "The Ukrainian initiative", where Germany had invested 5.1 mln euro. In Germany had mil trained around 400 Ukrainian managers. In concordance with ukrainean government dates, after the begging  of the Program, was created  around 5000 new work places, and in the economy of this country  was invested 65 mln euro. In this reason the project was prolonged until 2010.

The participants of the event have been agreed the CCI initiative to start a project like this, thinking an opportunity the implementation of the Manager Training Program in our country. They mentioned the absence of the manager's mil training, especially of the small and medium enterprises.

In this way, Moldova has the possibility to become the 11-th country in the world, after Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, China and Vietnam, which will develop the potential of the managing resources, with the support of this program.
