OREANDA-NEWS. October 3, 2008. On the instructions of the President of Turkmenistan a delegation of the high-ranking officials of the national ministries and departments led by Vice Premier H. Geldimyradov will participate in the Intergovernmental Economic Conference of the Caspian States, which will be held in Astrakhan, the Russian Federation on October 3-4, 2008.
